How do I place an order?
Ordering from Scrub Boss is simple, easy, and secure. Simply select the color, size, personalization options (if applicable), and the quantity then click the “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page. The Shopping Cart page will then display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you’ve selected or remove items. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top-right of the page to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” icon to complete your purchase.
Note: If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have Cookies enabled in your web browser.
GROUP ORDERS
How can I place a group order?
Just call Scrub Boss at 765-372-6102 and speak to a dedicated accounts manager or e-mail us your contact info and a short description of what is needed. Please send the request to scrubboss2@gmail.com “WE WILL HELP YOU PLACE A SUPER STYLING “BEST FIT” ORDER FOR YOUR TEAM.”!!!! All requests will be reviewed and responded to in an expeditious manner.
What information do I need to have ready when I speak with a Scrub Boss group sales representative?
You don’t have to make any preparations for your first conversation by phone or email. Our dedicated sales representative will answer your questions and guide you through the entire process from purchase to delivery.
Are there discounts for group orders?
There are volume discounts and special offers available for qualifying orders. Your Dedicated Account Manager can tell you about any discounts that would be available to you.
Does the 100% Price Match Guarantee apply to group orders?
Yes. Provide us with the order list you have received from a competitor and we will verify and match prices. Scrub Boss reserves the right to independently confirm the reported lower price. If we are unable to confirm the lower price, we will be unable to honor the discounted price and the 100% guarantee.
Does Scrub Boss Refund and Exchange Policy apply to group orders?

PROMOTIONS & COUPONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do I use a promo or coupon code?
On the checkout page, enter your offer code in the “Coupon Code” box and click “Apply” to update your order subtotal. Limit one promo or coupon code per order. Please note that not all items will be available under promotion coupons.
Are there exclusions to promotions and coupons?
- Free shipping offers (when applicable) apply to the 50 US states only.
- The following manufacturer have imposed restrictions on retailers that prevent us from including some or all of their products in select sale events: BARCO

How does the Scrub Boss 100% price match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price on an identical item at an authorized retailer and show us proof of that pricing within (3) three business days of your purchase from Scrub Boss and we will match the price.
Can I apply this guarantee to a similar product in a different style, size, or color?
No, the item for comparison must be exactly the same style, color, and size and you must be able to order the product.
Does this guarantee include items that are personalized?
The 100% price match guarantee applies to the total price of an item without personalization.
Does this guarantee include reconditioned or refurbished items?
No, the item for comparison must be new and factory sealed. We will not match the price of a reconditioned or refurbished item.
Are clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales included in the price match guarantee?
No, pricing on items included in clearance, closeout or liquidation sales does not qualify for the price match guarantee policy.
What if I use a coupon at another retailer’s site, can I use the price after the coupon is applied for comparison?
No.
Are tax, shipping, and handling charges included in the prices that are being compared?
No, the 100% price guarantee applies to the product prices advertised by Scrub Boss and other authorized retailers excluding tax, shipping, and handling charges.

What do I need to do to claim the 100% price match guarantee?
- The date of your order and your order number.
- For prices advertised online, please provide one of the following:
- A screenshot of the product page from another authorized retailer’s site with the advertised retail price.
- A screenshot of the shopping cart with the product you want to be matched that specifies color, size, and availability and shows the URL of the page
- For prices advertised in print, please provide the following:
- An image of the advertisement showing the retail price.
When will I get my credit or check?
- Upon review and confirmation, we will issue a credit back to your credit card or send you a check in the amount of the price difference.
- Please allow 14 – 21 days for processing.
- Scrub Boss reserves the right to independently confirm the reported lower price. If we are unable to confirm the lower price, we will be unable to honor the discounted price and the 100% guarantee.
Which items qualify for the 100% price match guarantee?
All products sold by Scrub Boss.
Who is considered an “authorized retailer”?
Any United States-based retailer who is authorized by the vendor to sell new, factory-sealed products in the USA. The website should have a .com or .net or the USA in the title and a secure lock symbol.

How will my order be shipped?
Scrub Boss ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. This service utilizes both UPS and the US Postal Service for handling. Your package may be delivered by one of these carriers depending on your shipping option chosen and your location.

Shipping days may vary. Most in-stock, non-personalized orders ship in 10-14 business days. We will notify you by phone or email if your order is on backorder which will inadvertently delay shipping. Please allow 7-14 additional business days for personalization. Depending on the shipping option selected, your order should arrive in 1-8 business days. Shipping charges and expected delivery dates (where applicable) are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

Do any items require additional delivery time?
Embroidered, Heat Pressed or customized items may require an additional 10-14 days to process.
BACK ORDERS
Backordered items are not available at the Scrub Boss store but may be available from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

What if my item is defective, broken, or needs repair?
Scrub Boss partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the manufacturer or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you’ve purchased from Scrub Boss has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at 765-372-6102 .
Are there any items I cannot return or exchange?
Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. Also, head apparel, any mugs, or drinking apparatuses may not be returned or exchanged.
Opened software, electronic books, and books including software that has been opened may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
